      Fun company culture and great people to work with. They have a lot of long time employees and treat employees well.

      Doesn't pay a lot of money and hard to get promoted.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, lots of nice people, leaders care to see you succeed and move up. Lots of PTO and company holidays off, week off between Christmas and New Years

      Cons

      Office is not that nice for having to go in 3 days a week, health insurance was a little expensive
