Pros
Great sense of team, looking after one another in intense circumstances. Great social scene (outside of work) with colleagues.
Cons
They pay you as little as they can get away with, most of us were working multiple jobs or eating into savings just to get by here. The soul of the attraction is fading away rapidly and the joy of the place with it. Upper management pressure and force low paid staff to clean up messes caused by their own greed, pushing too many patrons through the attraction at a time to maximize profit while the energy, physical and mental wellbeing of the actors pay the price along with the less than impressed patrons who ultimately get a sloppy and fractured experience. Like all great things, greed will see the closing of this attraction sooner or later as they drive it into the ground. While supervisors and lower management were always a delight to deal with, upper management would regularly create uncomfortable environments, behaving aggressively and intimidatingly to much younger and lower paid staff and would then ask them why they "Don't like them" which in itself is utterly unprofessional and that is not to mention the awkward romantic relationship they sparked with a junior member of staff. Like the leeches in the plague room, the place will suck your blood without actually helping you in any way. Like the instruments in the torture chamber, they'll break every bone of your body for their own gain. And like drop ride, this place is only going in one direction.
