Pros
When I joined the company it was well run and the people were great. Yes, as a start-up it could be chaotic, but that comes with the territory. The product was good, and we had some of the smartest, nicest people you could ever hope to work with.
Cons
No real focus or vision in terms of how we should progress and where we should focus on efforts. Leadership doesn’t really understand the educational space all that well which could explain why sales struggled.
