      Benefits, accrued time off, coworkers.

      Cons

      CEO. Management. HR. It’s all gossip. So quick to turn everything on you vs taking accountability for what is actually going on in the company. They bad mouth employees to other employees. They let management bad mouth employees without knowing anything that is actually happening. They start rumors about people based on assumption. Extremely toxic. It was great when I started and over the years it just got so bad. So sad I actually really liked my job. Can’t work for a CEO who wants to control every little thing and doesn’t let managers manage anything. ZERO room for growth. They will tell you there is but there isn’t. You might move up a smidge but then it stops. Gaslighting.

      Good people, great CEO, fruit in the breakroom, company buys lunch 2 times per week, promote from within.

      Nothing ...absolutely nothing it was a great place to work but a few bad decisions and manager hires totally ruined the company. Not to many people that have a long working history with merola...gossip and stab ya in the back so fast. Cut throat and if you are not in the click and kiss up forget it. Terrible place don't waste your time

      Managers and CEO just horrible. That's why they cant keep employees the just sit there and make fun of their employees. Its like being in school too many head games...it feels like a cult ...really 32 fundamentals? Drilled day in and day out. Have REAL meetings
