Good Company - DSP Mesa Developmental Services Employee Review

MDS (also known as Strive) provides services for developmentally disabled persons. Most of the front-line workers care about the clients and do a great job.

The CEO and top-level management is terrible. They're more concerned with having their clique and hiring their friends than the welfare of the staff or the clients. Staff has had minimal raises over the past five years, while management has taken care of their own. They set people up to fire them so that they don't have to pay unemployment.

Wonderful team and very satisfying, service-oriented work.

Low pay, difficult administration, not a lot of support from the top.
