- Good work/life balance - Not competitive or intimidating in terms of office culture - Fridays end at 2 because of Shabbat
Cons
- Pay could be better (but it is a non-profit so this isn't surprising) - Upper level management felt out of touch, not great at uniting the organization - Some people there are kind of stand-offish and not very friendly - Feels a little old-fashioned and slow in making changes or being innonvative
