      I have been working in the company for some good time now, and I must say all the company staff across teams are very friendly and made me feel at home. It is an amazing company focused to getting the best product out into the market

      I have to travel almost 2 hours because of where I am based out of

      Pros

      - Interesting and varied work which was rewarding when challenging - A good group of meteorologists I got along well with. - Some good pay bonuses when I was there. - Was able to have yearly discussions and feedback with senior management. - Company was rapidly growing when I was there. - Trading site is really cool

      Cons

      - Summer weather can be very quiet with few people in the office at weekends. Some WFH flexibility would have been nice in these instances.
