Pros

The department I am in is T1 repair. We are layer 1 NOC. This team is a great team that works together to resolve issues for our EUs. Great management, who are willing to bend backwards for you as long as you do the same at times when they need it. They accommodate your needs as much as they can.

Cons

The company in a whole can do better. Each department could use a little more training cross the board to understand what each department does.

Pros

Good people to work with, very supportive, and easy to get projects completed once started. Wonderful project managers. Hang Li is probably one of the best in the industry.

Cons

I am not sure if this is a con per se or just growing pains for the company. Their new process for rolling out new projects through a small approval team slows things down. Many valuable projects never progress beyond being mentioned. I preferred the old way, where I would work directly with Executives and Directors to identify projects based on needs and issues. There was a bit of start/pause/redirect with projects that created issues.
