Pros
Big clients, good exposure: you can stir a lot of projects if you take a proactive approach. If you care about traditional branding work without surprises and much change, it's a decent place.
Cons
Too big & too slow: all the typical issues of an agency that realizes too late that they missed the digitalization shift and now can't pivot quickly enough because they are just too big for that.
