The most toxic work environment i have ever been part of. CEO listed shown has not been CEO since 2018ish. Current USA CEO is completely lost and in over his head. Micromanaging is how they operate with next to no communication. Ask anyone what the company mission statement is and no one knows. There is none. Dont bring in new ideas as they are not interested. It goes against the micromanagement. Technology here is just past the hammer and chisel. Its a sales company so everything is focused on the end of month and best believe you will be in being asked to do insane coverage. Recruitment will promise the world but once in you will see all the smoke and mirrors. They have many job opportunities because of the insanly high employee turnover. They do have a number of dept lunches, i guess thats cool. Oh yeah, all the employees pay for it. I guess they went thru some intense merger and all the crap is whats remaining. Best advice…Run
