Pros
My managers on my direct team were amazing. They supported our entire team and any endeavors or goals that they had.
Cons
Everyone is overworked and underpaid. They have run out of staff because they keep doing lay offs, last one was 20% of the company, which means they've started asking other departments to do other people's jobs in completely opposite departments, which is also without an increase in pay, adjustment in job description, or recognition. The company is falling apart and they laid off so many great people with incredible talent because they are greedy and money hungry. Forced to work in office despite proving productivity at home over COVID. If they sold the office and just got a lab space maybe they could stop laying people off. They continually shove it down our throats that not hitting revenue is our fault. They do lay offs and then throw events right after, have no personal contribution to the layoffs (cameras off and sounded like a prerecorded video).
