Pros
I've been with Metabolon for over three years now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best places I've worked. The people here are incredibly supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. Work-life balance is prioritized and encouraged and the benefits offerings are better than other large organizations I have worked for in the past.
Cons
No significant cons to mention. Like any company, there are opportunities for improvement, but leadership is open to feedback and actively works on making things better.
