Pros
Latest technologies, good management, flexible environment, great work life balance, employees treated as human beings not a commodity, no-firings even in the toughest times/situations, totally fun place to work.
Cons
Need a better cafeteria, older employees are favoured- those who don't want to work can escape easily. Once you have been caged into an image it is hard to break/change management's views.
