Cons
Company was taken over by another a few years back and things really slid down hill after that. They got their hands into things they shouldn't have. They hired useless managers that literally did nothing but take very rich pay cheques home. When they failed, they were let go to make way for another useless body. Too much wasted money was poured into a new computer system to run the company that doesn't work. It is eating the company from the inside out. To cover the mistakes many were laid off. Sales teams are failing and not acquiring new business. The mentality of milking existing clients instead of signing new contracts and business was adopted leading to further layoffs because of mounting revenue losses.
