Pros
Good benefits and salary. If you like working in San Francisco, it's there. The location is near AT&T park, so there is lots of public transportation.
Cons
There is not good communication between the different teams. It's like every team is talking to the other team when they need something or they have a problem, but there isn't good planning between the teams. So you might be think that you don't know what's actually happening and then it will affect you. You might be asked to set goals, but it's not clear exactly how to do that. Especially if you don't know what another team will do.
