Pros
- You will meet some interesting people from various walks of life who will really impact you. - The campaigns are very good ones and really help a lot of people in need.
Cons
- There is no work-life balance. The hours are beyond crazy and you have zero time to do anything else. - The work conditions are terrible. There are very few tables and chairs at the office, you spend ALL your time outside no matter the weather. You will also fund all your travels. - The pay is NOT guaranteed. the manager promises a fixed amount which is not commission and you will still beg him to pay you. - They do 'road trips' which you are expected to fund out of your pocket. Everything comes out of your pocket on these trips. - There is not much structure with onboarding and you don't know the nature of your job until you have faced a whole day doing door-to-door sales. - Every work day starts at 9am and ends by 8/9pm. They also encourage 6-day work weeks with saturdays ending at 6/6.30pm. - There are zero benefits.
