      Pros

      Years of experience and visability in the industry. Small enough that no one gets lost in the masses. Smaller workforce that works well together and makes a n effort to always represent the company well.

      Cons

      Still growing, which brings with it many of the usual obstacles one would expect.

      Pros

      Loved the team I worked with including the other area managers however the “Director” and President are non-existent.

      Cons

      Expected to turn chicken sh!t into chicken salad. Everyone you may need is based in California and while that sounds great, it’s not when there is a 3 hour time difference.
