If you express interest to move up to management, they will try to help, but the growth is limited, and there are many opportunities for training.
Cons
- pay range is limited. - ability for growth within - micromanagement to hit 60 accounts a day - dated equipment and processes. - if you take a (singular) "sick day" it comes from your PTO and not from sick bank. - unrealistic idea that all things need to be fair, firm, and consistent. - CBO that is not located at MDMC is not a part of all the activities within MHS.
