Bad management, bad team work, dodgy leaders. Not only me but my ex colleagues too felt like these guys from Metix like to push responsibilities, not understanding what are they talking about and their job. Engineers are more to LAPTOP WARRIOR/ EMAIL WARRIOR then practical jobs. Emphasize more on irrelevant topics rather then finishing up the job. Having tons of unrealistic schedules that the team couldn't catch up. On the outside looks professional but really dodgy when it comes to take up responsibilities.
