      Best pay for a railroad carrier in the area. Great Health, Vision and Retirement benefits.

      Cons

      The company does not care about morale. The hours are tough on your family life. It seems as if they would rather fire you than they would fix whatever problems that you have with supervisors.

      The company is large so there was ample amount for growth for those who desired to stick long-term.
