Stay Away! - Deputy Program Manager Metrica Employee Review

Toxic work environment, terrible leadership, the CEO does not care about employees or really people in general. They care more about the customer than the people that actually do the work. The CEO actually told me that employees enjoy working 10-12+ hour days. You are required to not have a life/family with this employer. Since leadership is located in Texas, they have no clue on DMV pay as well as the job market being extremely lively. Huge mistake coming to this company. I should have read the reviews on this site prior to accepting this position.
