Pros

Globally, this is a good company with a positive culture and work balance, I saw senior leaders in most offices in Europe with teams that genuinely loved working there and felt valued. Clients are varied and there were some positives if you are in research, I would have enjoyed working in HQ or another office.

Cons

Researchers complain of being overworked and under supported constantly. Teams are near burnout all of the time and are told to suck it up. Senior leaders come across as out of touch, and lacking empathy. Any concerns by team leaders or researchers are brushed off and issues are always their fault because- they aren't strong enough to hack it, or are no good, I never saw senior leaders admit fault or seek to do better, that was a massive red flag for me having worked in some really great work cultures previously.
