Great colleagues, generally positive atmosphere, good team spirit, still a small company so can make a difference

Cons

Strong culture but very marmite. Can be a bit silly. Based on things like the colour red rather than embodying actual values. Consideration was not always given to doing the right thing for each individual - this can lead to poor decisions and very disengaged employees. Comp and benefits not great. Much better elsewhere if you want to work in financial services
