Opportunities to progress don’t come up often. Not really a trainee mortgage advisor role as advertised as the frontline team never deals with mortgage applications. No opportunities in the business to sell protection either so the role is very niche within the industry.

Great management team and bonus structure. Good office environment

High pressure sales with targets to hit. but for right person this isnt a con
