Pros
Pretty decent starter pay out of where i am, average starter 22-23/hr at full time. pretty good
work hours are flexible in that you can give them hours you cant work, and they will try to find spot for you. good stuff
Advancement is great, plenty of work, ive gotten the honored raises.
it is not hard to get into the work, and its pretty okay with getting friends in, Uniforms arent out of pocket and are mediocre to get.
HR is responsive, Scheduling is pleasant, and calling off simply requires a 4 hour buffer with immidiate approval, in the event of emergency that has been shortened before. and overall is nice for those sudden sick days.
Cons
Communication.
ive had struggles communicating with other people, fellow employees, (lesser and greater)
management doesnt always talk to eachother and this can cause conflict that falls on you briefly.
