beyond horrible vacation/ personal time you get 2 days until a year has passed then you get a week worth of vacation no pto you cant use sick time until you accumulate around 1,000 hours there is no grace period if your one min late you get one point. and there is a lot of favoritism kind of hard to move up within the company.
