Pros
A lot of the staff are professional from top-down and so far, I have been lucky to collaborate with several teams and learn about their LOB as well as the impact they have towards the rest of the organization. Technology is huge here and the teams are playing with different software. I really like using teams over zoom and the upgraded look for MS 365 just makes things a lot easier to communicate and navigate through. Monday-Friday with some late work sometimes up to and sometimes into 5:45PM. Some people forget this is part of H+HC so this is a NYC position that pays competitively, or if not, more than our competition (HR Generalists, Coordinator, etc.). 401K & NYC Pension is a major game changer if someone is curious about employment in NYC. Other companies mainly provide just a 401K or403B.
