Good stepping stone - Engineer MetroStat Diagnostic Employee Review

One of the best places I have ever worked. I absolutely miss MetroStat, not Schryver!! We were a family and everyday was fun!!

Bought out by Schryver worse decision that could have been made but I do know why all that happened. The original crew from MS misses the owners daily.

A growing company that has been recently purchased by a fortune 500 company and has a bright future ahead. Competitive entry level pay and newly implemented structure and organization provides for high expectations for the company. Better benefits are offered now and a very laid back and comfortable atmosphere. You can expect to do your fair share of your work load by remaining positive and gaining satisfaction from providing a necessary service!

A bit chaotic at first glance. Small, quaint and personal relationships easily formed. With the changes that are at bay, expecting the unexpected here lately. New rules and handbook will be in effect in the very new future, and expecting a bit of some confusion with job cuts, strict rules, and new expectations that are not clear as of yet. There is no recognition of exceptional tasks or jesters of over and beyond attitude/actions accomplished.
