      Smart and hard-working employees Offices in many hubs

      Cons

      Leadership is whimsical, not practical - they want to conquer many different markets with the bare minimum resources and team. Quiet layoffs every month that are not acknowledged Did not have a CFO until recently Does not even pretend to care about employees

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
