      - Good pay rate - Offers good benefits - Upper management does rectify issues, when brought to their attention

      Cons

      - Lack of communication between staffing needs and upper management - High turnover due to being overworked and poor scheduling - Direct management does not uphold company values - Discrimination and harassment in direct workplace is atrocious, racial comments have been repeatedly made. - Lack of room or training for growth

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
