Pros
The people were awesome, the culture was great, it was really a fun place to work.
Cons
Mi9 is in the business of buying companies, stripping them as lean as possible (layoffs) and seeking to consolidate them. Is it certainly one business strategy, but it is clearly not working. During these acquisitions all culture and investment into people is lost, causing mass exodus. HR is essentially non-existent as upper management doesn't want to invest in that department or the people that work at Mi9. The C-levels will promise no layoffs or culture changes - quite the opposite. It is a shame what Mi9 has done to the companies it has acquired.
