You will be working 7 days a week. No private life at all. Shouting at employees is too common Hire and Fire policy. No senior to help. Non technical guys leading the technical team. So they don't know how much time developer required to build a feature. If need 1 day, you will get 2 hours only. Working hours more than 10 hours per day. No public holidays.
