Org is flat i.e. there is no Project Manager or Team/Technical lead, there is no growth opportunity. European counterpart are Racist. They show friendliness but are ready to backstab if it is an Indian Counterpart. (Few are exceptions) Org follows Agile Methodology but does not know the Agile Community that is formed has miss using the Complete Methodology in their favor's. Company is always under budget for some or the other reason. So promises to go to Austria are strictly for People who can manipulate the systems. So don't go for the fake promises by HR/HC.
