I work for this company for 9 months. During those months I always got the supports and answers to any of my questions. The company is well grounded from the recruiter to HR support everyone is behind you to assist with anything. I was hired as a contractor worker as a warranty analyst. The role was a perfect fit for me due to my past work history. I end up getting hired directly with the company I was working for. So not only they help me land a permanent job but also supported me throughout the process.

Benefits but that’s something explained at the beginning so is not even a con just normal process.

You learn from the professionals that are in the top 5% of their field. You are encouraged to have an entrepreneurial spirit, to think outside the box. Creativity is encouraged and rewarded. Salary is above market; commission structure is one of the best I have ever seen. Contests and performance bonuses and team building just make a great place even better.
