Pros

I really enjoy working at MK. The work environment is supportive and flexible, and my managers are understanding and approachable. I was given extensive training, and taught to always ask questions. One of the things I appreciate most is the generous time off — employees receive plenty of holidays and days off in addition to a great vacation policy. Overall, it’s a great place to work, and I feel valued and supported here.

Cons

The hybrid schedule (three days in the office and two working from home) strikes a good balance, although with my team located offshore, some office days are less collaborative than others.

Pros

At one point it was the discounts til they changed the policies up during my fifth (and final year at the store). Aside from that, working with my fellow colleagues were the ones responsible for keeping the work environment together and made the experience much more fun and bearable.

Cons

As a part-timer, there's no benefits or any additional incentives. They'll "reduce your hours" if you're not meeting sales "expectations" by zoning you in different parts of the store that doesn't have a lot of foot traffic (i.e. cashier or front of house). Depending on who you work with on the management side of things... this job can make or break you. Last group of managers I had were NOT the most ideal examples when you give them "actionable feedback" and not follow through with their expectations.
