Pros

Great benefits according to those that get hired in. Also lots of overtime and the option to ask for even more hours is always available in case you hate having any home time. Great food court setup if you get the typical (Blue or Green) shifts where you can get properly served.

Cons

Being on your feet for the 10-12 hour typical work day can be pretty tough without the right steel-toed footwear since two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch are all you get. Regardless of how hard you work it’ll take you anywhere from 6 to 36 months to get hired in and even then the pay is just ok, not great. The temps are paid very low hourly and treated pretty expendable for quite awhile if they make it. In the new hire orientation they are explained to for 90 minutes just about all the things that could get them fired. Even then though they have their favorites whom the rules are bent for. Management absolutely love to reprimand for anything! It also gets very hot in the summer and can be tough seeing so many enclosed areas with A/C while you sweat profusely.
