      Great benefits and decent PTO

      Cons

      There are no rules regarding mandates and sometimes you will only get 4 hours off between shifts. For example: 12 on 4 off 4 on 4 off 12 on. There is also no advance notice of getting mandated. Pay is low and not much room for advancement

      Pros

      Good coworkers and a very rewarding job. OT always available if you want it. Can be a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Lots of Forced Overtime. High turnover rate. Coworkers abuse sick time. Not much opportunity to advance. No financial incentives to take on additional tasks.
