      Pros

      I really liked my fellow coaches and I liked feeling like I helped someone achieve their goals.

      Cons

      Stressful, very stressful. And the higher ups in the company did not care about their employees enough to even hear us out when we tried to voice our concerns, hence, the high turnover rate.
