      Pros

      Little bit flexible, If you maintain dress code and love company regular changing policy.

      Cons

      1. They will join you immediately and don't care about your current living place. (Mean If you suffer they don't care) 2. They will buy new unnecessary working machines, luxury office decoration things but not gonna pay your salary. 3. They will pay your 2 months salary after 3 months. When you beg for salary. 4. Sometimes they manage their Tech Team with their Lawyer along with CC camera. 5. Always they change their company policy and Pin it on Notice Board, front of the entering door. 6. 6 days office, No Govt holiday, You have to beg for your festival bonus.

      Pros

      1. Nothing to share form end all are bad.

      Cons

      They will not pay you on time; sometimes it takes more than 2–3 months to receive your salary. You need to wear formal dress at all times. They do not provide proper government holidays. They change their policies every week. They always say, "We are a family," but it is completely untrue. There are no lunch or snack facilities. During lunch breaks, you need to go outside for food, as they do not allow you to have lunch in the office. There is zero growth opportunity.
