Pros
The only pro was that it was very laid back for the Night Shift sometimes and get quarterly bonuses.
Cons
Several cons that I will list: - Night Shift was always seen as inferior. First shift would always talk negatively. They always complained about work not being done. There were only about 5-8 people in Night Shift compared to about 25-30 people in first shift. - Management does nothing towards complaints in a professional manner. - Food left in the fridge would get stolen - The building is literally falling apart and they don’t seem to want to do anything about it. It’s always leaking when it’s raining. - A lot of favoritism - Too many responsibilities and constant pressure for little pay - Upper management is treated as the superiors and considered royalty - Engineers are rude most of the time, have no patience for beginners/new hires - Most of management is very passive aggressive - Sexual harassment is not taken seriously - Manager speaks negatively about others to other employees - Manager calls you personally when clocked out - Younger employees are not taken seriously
