you are disposable. They will dispose of whoever, all those they personally didn’t like or care for.
You will work and bleed for them but they will not protect you. Many times they’ve not paid employees wage due to other companies not wanting to pay for extra services they asked for and knew they’d have to pay while the employees busted butt. They don’t care, it was your money not theirs. You won’t see some bonuses or compensations.
The most incapable management I’ve ever seen. Under qualified and with no experience trying micromanage people with masters degrees in the field.
