Pros
I like the fact that if you work hard, and produced results, you were rewarded for it! There was opportunity to advance both professionally and financially if you wanted to put in the effort. The team really cares about doing a great job, and I like that because I was surrounded by like-minded people who aren’t scared to roll up their sleeves and get it done! Had some very fun company events and was always treated professionally.
Cons
The industry is challenging and it’s not for everyone. It takes some time to build your client base but the effort does pay off
