      Exciting company with some very smart people. Excellent mid and high level management. Genuinely subscribes to the "as long as you get your work done to a high standard we're flexible" - aka flexible with working hours and locations.

      - Wonderful colleagues - Lunch supplies in fridge - Team events

      Cons

      - Was let go very abruptly and with little warning and wasn't able to say goodbye to colleagues - Felt like I wasn't progressing even when I expressed desire to do so - Check-in meetings and feedback yielded very little change/results - Supervisor didn't have much time to personally mentor me

      * Managers seem to not care or fully understand frustrations with inefficiencies in production * Little recognition for meaningful work being done from higher ups * History of redundancies for people once their usefulness is up
