Pros

The company is in a growth phase, which brings both challenges and opportunities for development. It has strong cultural values that create a supportive work environment, but there's a lot to accomplish, which keeps things dynamic and engaging. The team is doing excellent work, and the products produced are truly impressive. Employees take pride in their work, and the ethic across the company is strong.

Pros

I’ve been with Microbial Discovery Group for almost three years now, and one of the standout aspects of working here is the people who comprise it. The CEO is someone who has an authentic passion for the company's vision. He leads with empathy and understanding. The company’s values and vision align with the kind of workplace culture I want to be a part of—collaborative, forward-thinking, and open to growth. Leadership supports work-life balance and is genuinely invested in employees' career development. One of the most refreshing things about MDG is its approach to failure; rather than being afraid of it, the company embraces it as an opportunity to learn and grow, which fosters an innovative environment.

Cons

Like any company, there are areas for improvement. MDG has grown rapidly and is still learning and evolving across different departments. However, what really sets them apart is their awareness of these areas for growth. When challenges or opportunities are identified, leadership takes action, and there’s clear communication about how they’re addressing those issues.
