Pros
Decent insurance (was better when it was Atmel though), and vacation time is pretty good as well. The work schedule is consistent, you always work the same days and have 3-4 days off a week (12-hour shifts). Overtime is often available, if you need extra money. Pretty accommodating for people who want to attend classes during work hours, even providing tuition reimbursement.
Cons
Have only received two 2% raises the entire time I've been here (going on 8 years). Management doesn't treat us as if we are people sometimes, only as if we are there to push out more and more work with less people.
