As the famous dialogue from Godfather says, " Confidence is silent. Insecurities are loud"- Sounds entirely apt for people under and not-so- under the pseudo godfather. Unfortunately self respect and confidence held in silence was often miscontrued as weakness, often trying to test the mettle of the minority using unwarranted and misused power hand, stealing the work to give to their favourites credit and in return blame us for their irregularities. As we thrive to just exist and hold our position in THE MOST FAVORITE MARKETING TEAM, favourites enjoy in loud and long happy banter over teas, spread nasty rumours and treat us like nothings. Dirty politics always start with a bad leader and spread by his followers - as sheer sufferers, we become the victims of this ugly game always. In short if ever we get the most blessed chance to work with the "elite" group of marketing, we prefer being jobless
