Pros
Good culture that tend make people to stay. Work life balance, nice coworkers, good managers
Cons
The Microfabrica we knew is fading away as it slowly turned into Technoprobe USA. Technoprobe start moving most of the production to Italy, resulting in ~50% lay off in March 2023. It's hard to loose good coworkers but even harder working with no job security anymore
