Pros
1) The people who work on the production floor daily w/o complaining. 2) The workers that care to be decent people w/ each other
Cons
1) Owned by foreign parent company thereby ridiculously tight budget control. Gotta justify spending on misc. items. 2) Excess paperwork, forms & red tape that stall decision making. 3) Production incompetence is amazing. Good example of nepotism. Most cant stand it & leave. 4) Egghead mngrs w/o a clue of day to day. Only 1or2 Eng. that actually do work. Expected to handle extra workloads and "Title puffers" w/big egos and small brains. 5) Wind bag w/ a "smartest person in the room" mentality runs ops. Expect high sell with a very low quality delivery on results. 6) Machine shop is ignored and is in a sad state. Equipment old & broken down, no willingness to invest in improvement of machine or people. Morale is so low you can smell it in the pipes . Shop leads hold the place together with little to no upper mngmt backing. 7) No growth opportunities at all. Constantly working on turn over projects that others leave or quit midway when they discover the b.s. that is microline. `\_(*_*)_/ 8) Recognize & reward your employees for achieving overall production goals. 9) Enough with the CV19 mask restrictions. This is not Japan.
