      * Old technology * Low Pay for the area and job * Leadership is deceptive * You are not a priority but everything else is * Reviews and raises are late if you get one * Poor leadership * No clear career advancement path * Double standards for internal employees

      • Great management at branch and company levels • Opportunities for growth and advancement at any position • Company really cares about employees • Lots of bonus perks (meals, bonuses, referral bonuses, etc) • PTO offered at part time level

      • Difficult to go from part time to full time • Pay is a little low
