Pros
The people who work with this company are excellent co-workers, very friendly and always willing to jump in and lend a hand. There is a lot of knowledge and wisdom that can be found by working for this company. There is also great opportunities for education and paying off student loans and /or returning to school for graduate work.
Cons
Productivity. You have quota percentage to meet each month or face possible termination. The loss of your job is a first resort to any infraction. Policies also change weekly and you are consistently being reviewed by your peers and higher ups, ghost calls and supervision and coaching meetings on a weekly to daily basis. There is a mass micro management on the company's behalf.
